Fully automatic croissant dough sheeting laminating triangle cutting and rolling forming production line. Integrated dough sheeter flattens dough into uniform sheets with adjustable 1-20mm thickness. Stamp blade triangle cutting station precisely cuts dough sheets into triangular shapes with zero scrap waste. Two independent high-speed rolling units automatically roll triangle pieces into perfect crescent shaped croissants at 6000 pcs/h capacity. Siemens PLC touch screen control panel manages all parameters including production speed, dough thickness, triangle size, and rolling tension. Triangle size fully customizable from 15g to 120g per piece by changing cutting mold settings. Compatible with butter croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese croissant, puff pastry, Danish pastry, and other layered laminated dough products. Industrial continuous production designed for commercial bakery, food processing factory, and central kitchen operations.
